Fees   

    Registration Deposit:    $50 per semester 

                                             Fall deposit due May 31st.

                                             Spring deposit due Dec 1st.

    Lesson Fee:

                        75 minute lesson - $52

                        60 minute lesson (shared by siblings) - $44

                        45 minute lesson - $33

                        30 minute lesson - $23

                        20 Minute Lesson - $15

                        MusikGarten class - $7

    Technology Fee:   $10 per semester per student

   

    Administration Fee: $5 per semester per student

    Late Payment Fee: $10

    Sheet Music/Book Fees:     As required

1. ‣Registration will open four weeks before the semester begins.  Payment of the registration deposit reserves a preferred lesson time for the semester, on a first-come first-serve basis.  The registration deposit is non-refundable, and will count as a credit toward the semester’s lesson fees.
   

2. ‣Lesson, Technology and Administration fees are billed at the beginning of the semester.  Hourly lesson fees will be multiplied by the number of weeks in the semester, and then added to other studio fees for total tuition due.  
   

3. ‣Due to the amount of preparation required, group classes will be billed at the 1/2 hour rate.
   

4. ‣Tuition includes private lessons, group lessons, recitals, festival and event preparation, lesson planning time, teacher education and administration costs.  
   

5. ‣Tuition invoices will be e-mailed approximately 2 weeks before the commencement of each semester and is due at the first lesson of the semester.  If preferred, the tuition invoice may be divided into two equal payments.  The second payment’s due date will be noted on the invoice, and you will receive an email reminder mid-semester.  Please add a $10 charge to late tuition payments.
   

6. ‣Summer tuition will be due at the first lesson of the summer semester.  The fee will be based on the number of lessons reserved for the student.
   

7. ‣Missed Lessons will not receive a tuition credit unless the studio is given a minimum of 24 hour advance notification.  Exceptions: (A) Lesson is missed due to an illness contracted on the day of the lesson. (B) Snow day when school has been cancelled. (C) Unplanned emergency.  In these cases credit will be given.  Lessons missed will be made up on designated make-up days (see Studio Calendar).   Messages can be left anytime on the studio message number 303.772.4731.  Emergency only: 303.931.7970.
   

8. ‣You are expected to pay for all of your student’s music.  There are three options available: (A) Pay a yearly fee of $25.  A record will be kept of materials purchased over the year, and any excess fee will be credited toward the next year’s tuition.  (B) Purchase music as required at lessons, due immediately (C) Purchase your own music in Denver, online or use the sheet music service (registration key 3591854729).
   

9. ‣Advanced notice of one month is required upon termination of lessons.
   

10. ‣Either cash or personal check is accepted.  Please make checks payable to “Macedonia Street Associates.”
